Please be sure your payment and shipping info is correct before you order. Once your items ship I am not able to cancel or refund your order.


With the exception of custom work and prints, which are made to order, you can expect your items to ship in 3-5 business days.  Prints can take up to a week to ship.

If you live in the Austin area I'm happy to deliver your purchases to you free of charge because I believe any day not spent at the post office is a good day. Just contact me before placing your order and we'll work out the details!

Domestic orders usually arrive within a week of the ship date, but do allow some slack as holidays and weather can affect shipping times. If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days of ship date I can issue you a refund on the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

International orders are difficult to predict. If your item hasn't arrived within 60 days of ship date I can issue you a refund on the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Also, please keep in mind any fees your country may charge you to receive the item are not my responsibility. Please be prepared for any such expenses before ordering.



 I offer returns/refunds/exchange in the event that items arrive damaged, not as described, or do not arrive at all due to a postal service issue. Please make me aware of any problems within two weeks of the ship date for US customers and eight weeks for international.

If a return or exchange takes place the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways. The item must be returned in perfect condition in order for me to issue a refund or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged I may ask that you send a picture and describe the condition of the item and its packaging before I issue a refund. This is to help me improve my shipping methods!

Due to the nature of made to order work, I can't offer returns or refunds on custom orders. However I will do everything possible to make sure you're happy with your purchase before it ships.
